I bought these expecting them to last a decent while, especially for the price, but they started falling apart after just a few weeks. The stitching is already coming loose, the edges of the sole look cheaply made, and one side feels kind of lumpy now. I wasn’t expecting anything indestructible, but the quality is definitely below what I hoped for.

I got these for my sister’s birthday because, they looked really cute and fun online, and I figured they’d be a safe little gift she’d actually use. The slippers themselves were fine, so I don’t feel like I totally messed up, but the box showed up kind of crushed and didn’t have much of a gift-ready feel at all.
Delivery also ended up being later than expected, which meant I had to give them to her after her birthday. She was still nice about it and said she liked them, but for what I paid, I don’t think it was unreasonable to expect nicer packaging or at least some kind of better gifting option

A friend actually recommended this to me, so I was hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the return process has been a pain, and I’m still waiting on my refund.

I was expecting a bit more in terms of styles and colors, but the selection felt limited. A few sizes I needed weren’t available either, which was a little frustrating. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but there just wasn’t much variety for what I was looking for.

I tried to exchange a pair I ordered from Happy Feet, it was way more annoying than I expected.

At first I figured maybe I was just missing something, actually, no, the whole process was confusing. The replies took a while, and I kept feeling like I had to follow up just to get a basic update.
After all that back and forth, it still didn’t get handled the way I thought it would. I was hoping it’d turn around, but I’m disappointed and probably wouldn’t order from them again

The shoes themselves are fine, but the delivery took way longer than I expected, and the tracking updates, when they did show up, weren’t really that helpful.

Ordered from happyfeet.com and ended up sending the item back. Return showed as received, but the refund took forever. Had to keep checking and messaging them just to get any kind of update. Not a great first experience, honestly. Probably wouldn’t order again unless they fix that.

I ordered from Happy Feet because I was really hoping the arch support would help with the foot pain I’ve been dealing with, and I wanted to like them because the site made it seem promising.

At first the inserts felt decent and kind of comfortable, but after wearing them for a few hours my arches still felt tired and sore and they seemed a little too soft, like they started flattening out way sooner than I expected.

Shipping was fine and ordering was easy enough, so I don’t have any complaints there, but for the price I expected more support, they’re not terrible, they just didn’t do what I needed them to do

I wanted to like these, but the Happy Feet pair just made my feet way too warm after even a short walk. I mean, I thought they’d be cozy, actually, maybe a little too cozy for me. My feet felt sweaty even indoors, and they just weren’t comfortable for everyday use. They might be fine in really cold weather, but I couldn’t handle the heat

I ordered the blue pair thinking it would look like the photos, but when it showed up, it was way darker, almost more like navy. Maybe some people wouldn’t care, but it really threw me off because the site pictures made it look completely different. Disappointing, and it made the whole purchase feel kind of misleading

I got these to wear around the house, and they’re really comfortable. My feet don’t get all sweaty like they did with my old slippers, and they feel nice and light even after wearing them for a few hours. I just wish the whole process of finding a decent pair didn’t take so much effort, because I was tired of trying random slippers that ended up being too hot or uncomfortable. These have been good so far though
